Leadership Echelon Consulting was founded in 1997 by Amin Negandhi and Eric Thompson. They founded the firm after having both worked for large consulting firms. Using their experience gained during large implementations, and combining it with the service of many boutique consulting firms, they have created a culture that strives for perfection. This is through the use of qualified consultants, proven application development methodologies, and a large base of experience and knowledge collected over the years. As a result, Echelon has earned a reputation for taking projects to successful completion, even when previous attempts by other firms have failed.
