Kunal handles overnight application support along with software quality assurance that helps the firm in rolling out high-quality application and software
Kunal started working as part of Echelon's HelpDesk personnel team at the Echelon India office in 2010. Later he was appointed as a Tier 2 support member where he monitored applications and provided support during the hours that Echelon's Chicago office was closed. Kunal has also worked as a junior developer and is currently working as a software Q/A tester.
Before graduation, Kunal was working as a lab administrator at the All India Institute of Local Self-Government, Mumbai.
Kunal graduated from the London Institute of Technology (London) with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. He has also acquired an "Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert" certification.
